Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, IYLA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. IYLA cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
